Have fun with this amazing Playa Mia shore excursion. You will be taken to the famous Playa Mia Grand Beach and Water Park and start your day with a salsa cooking class and also a salsa dancing lesson!
You will start this great day by meeting with your guide just a few minutes from your Cozumel cruise ship port. Board your air-conditioned transportation and you're off to Playa Mia. Once you are checked in you will set your time for the cooking class and the dance lesson. Then pick your spot out on the beach to enjoy your day.
When your cooking time arrives, you will experience 90 minutes of hands-on lessons where you will learn to make a variety of salsas, world-famous guacamole, pico de gallo, and red sauce (salsa roja). Combine all this with freshly made quesadillas, corn chips, and fried tacos. All come with Margaritas, of course. Your cooking lesson will be led by an entertaining chef.
Then participate in a super fun salsa dance lesson. Learn the moves, enjoy the music, and just have fun and make memories.
Once you have finished your classes, you can enjoy a tasty international buffet and a domestic open bar. Included in the excursion price is full access to the amenities at Playa Mia Beach Club. Lounge chairs with, or without umbrellas are everywhere. Pick beachside, or poolside, or watch your kids play in the new Buccaneer's Bay Kids area, which is a lagoon filled with lots of fun activities including a pirate ship, water cannons, animal slides, and more.
Or relax with your favorite drink over at the Oasis Island Pool & Hydro Massage Tub. Enjoy the La Cantina pool, shopping areas, the underwater Mayan City, organized games, kayaks, paddle boats, Hobie Cats, water trampolines, water icebergs, beach volleyball, beach massages, and more.
When this great day shore excursion comes to an end, you can climb back onboard your transportation and you will be returned to your original meeting place close to your Cozumel cruise ship pier.
