    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.

We sailed in Celebrity Millenium last week, this was our first cruise experience so I have to admit that we were a little nervous. My parents have used Shore Excursioneer a few times in the past so they recommended it for booking our cruise excursions, so glad they told us about you, this excursion was amazing and lot cheaper than the ones offered by the cruise line. The river float is super relaxing, the landscapes are something out of this world. We will definitely start saving money for another cruise experience in the near future.
