You only have a 2-minute walk from your Cabo cruise ship tender pier to get checked in for your catamaran excursion by the friendly boat staff. When you get aboard, pick your favorite spot, there is plenty of room to spread out with a maximum capacity of 60 passengers. Upstairs, downstairs, sun or shade-relax and enjoy.
The shore excursion captain will motor the sailing catamaran out through the marina and into the bay to Land's End. You will get to see the famous Lovers Beach, Sea Lion Colony, and the Arch before heading down the coastline to your anchor spot. The captain will choose either Santa Maria or Chileno Bay depending on which has the best conditions, both are located only about 30 minutes away.
The English-speaking, professional excursion staff will pass out the snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel, fins, and vest), demonstrate how to use it, and then assist you into the water. Both bays offer a large variety of marine life to see including puffers, trumpets, grunts, lots of small tropical angelfish, and more. You may snorkel for about an hour before it is time to get back on board. There is a freshwater rinse-off shower. Your freshly prepared Mexican lunch buffet will be set up and ready for you including guacamole, chips, salsa, baguette sandwich, fresh vegetables, crudites, seasonal fresh fruit, and a sweet treat. The open domestic bar will also be served including Corona beer, rum, vodka, tequila, whiskey, margaritas, pina coladas, bloody marys rum punch, soft drinks, juice, bottled water, and juice - orange, tomato, and pineapple (alcohol after the water activity).
With the music playing, you can sit back and enjoy. Keep a close eye along as the catamaran takes you back to your tender pier in Cabo where you might spot marlins, rays, or dolphins jumping out of the water as well as migrating whales. This excursion always gets rave reviews due to the staff and delicious food! The boat will return you to their dock in Cabo where you started.
