      • We suggest you bring your swimsuit, sun protection, cash for balance payment, purchases, tips, etc.
      • If anyone from your group does not show up without the required prior notice, you will need to pay 20% of their balance as well (directly to the operator as a no-show penalty).
      • It is mandatory for all the participants to show a photo ID or Ship Card during the check-in to the Front Desk staff.
      • There will be an assigned rep from our local operator on site to assist you at the pick-up. Please note that the driver dispatched may be a different one than dropped you off. There is no shuttle service; you have one assigned pickup time. If you choose to leave early, please inform your rep or the security guard at the gate (not the front desk) so the driver does not spend extra time looking for you and delaying the other guests on the transport.

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.

Looking for something relaxing and amazing to do? My husband and I just wanted to sit by the beach and enjoy some great reggae music and jerk chicken. This all-inclusive resort has been the best one we have ever been to. The surrounding view, the beach and the water are so beautiful and serene. The resort also has a restaurant, shopping and coffee shop which we enjoyed while visiting for the day. If I were to ever go back to Montego Bay, this would be on the top of my list to do again.

Nice place with swim up bar or staff will bring you a drink. Three different places to get food which was very good. We plan to come back for a day pass the next time we are in Montego Bay.

I thought the resort was beautiful and the staff was great. I thought the price was good at first until the excursion was over and I realized that the value for what we paid was lacking. I am not saying I wouldn’t return but for that price I could have planned two excursions. We did not have enough time to enjoy all of the amenities included.

We visited this resort in January 2017. This is the most beautiful resort I have visited so far in the Caribbean. Everything was pristine. From the beach to the restaurants to the bathrooms!! The service was awesome and our waiter Julian made sure that we had an excellent time. The are many restaurants to choose from and the food is wonderful. Also, the drinks are top-notch. Book this resort, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! I can't say enough great things about this excursion. It was one to remember. The views are like a postcard.

This resort is sooooo nice! This was my favorite place on our cruise! Will definitely book again through Shore Excursioneer. It was so easy and relaxed. Transportation was right outside of the cruise terminal and the whole experience was seamless. Worth every single penny! Staff at the resort treat you like you are THEIR guest and cater to every single need! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!
