    • This excursion can accommodate fold-up wheelchairs on the lower level of the bus only.
    • Guests must be able to navigate a narrow steep staircase to access the top deck of the bus.
    • Seating on the bus is on a first come basis and seats cannot be reserved in advance.

    Cancellation

    For the Victoria Sightseeing Highlights Double Decker Bus Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

My parents are about 80 years old and my dad has some mobility issues. The meeting point was close enough so my dad did not need to walk that far, but it was also a nice break for him to be able to sit and see the city without walking. All the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Thanks for a great, relaxing day in the city.

Traveled on a Double Decker Bus Victoria tour with my husband and mother-in-law. Tour is very worthwhile, lots of beautiful sights and beautiful houses on the tour. This is a very good way to see the highlights of Victoria in a short period of time especially if you are coming from a cruise ship. When we book online, we received the tickets super fast.

What a tour !!!! Really like it. The bus went all around Victoria. It showed all the good spots all over town The driver was nice and helpful. Lots of historical information available on the tour. Thanks for the ride! First but not our last visit to Victoria.

It showed us the highlights of Victoria and the recorded narration is very helpful. The bus was on time, when we did this was not too crowded. We had a great time. I always enjoyed this kind of tours, where you can see the city and take lots of pictures.

We used the Victory Double Decker Bus Excursion as our introduction to Victoria. Enjoyed the overview! Didn't want to rent a car so this is a great option. The whole loop takes only 1.5 hours so my wife decided we needed to do something else afterward and unfortunately it was shopping! But the bus tour was great.

We did this excursion back in May and we loved it. Our ship was leaving late that day, so we took the opportunity to book the excursion online and it was fantastic. My son wanted to take some pictures of China Town and he did, was the best part of the tour. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful way to see Victoria for visitors who don’t have a vehicle. We were able to see more of the city with this excursion. I loved the city at night, I was able to enjoy the ride, is important to mention this is not a hop on hop tour so you stay on the transportation the whole time.

We enjoyed our city tour on the Bus in Victoria. The spots we saw were great and the driver often slowed down so could take a quick picture if we wanted to. The check-in staff recommended a couple restaurants and everyone was helpful and nice. Would recommend for an affordable and enjoyable way to see and get around Victoria.

We took this excursion with our whole family and was absolutely fantastic. We saw some really great places and we had a lot of fun. I did not know that Victoria had really nice spots around the city. We will definitely use Shore excursioneer again for our next cruise ship.

We had great weather for our tour, which matters because we sat towards the back of the open-top bus. This is a great way to spend your time in Victoria especially if your ship leaves late that day. We purchased our tickets online. Very convenient!

A great way to see all the important views of the city. We did the whole tour with my wife and kids, they love it, as it was 1 hour and 30 minutes. So we had plenty of time to do more things later, I suggested to book ahead of time so you can have your tickets on time!
