      • We recommend you wear comfortable shoes and clothes, bring sun and bug protection, cash for souvenirs, tips, etc.

    • The minimum participation age is 4 years old only if they meet the weight and height requirements.
    • The minimum weight per participant is 80lbs (36kg) and the maximum weight is 275lbs (125kg).
    • The minimum height is 52in (1.32 meters) and the maximum height is 80in (2.00 meters).
    • Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children must be able to sit on their own.
    • This excursion is not wheelchair accessible.
    • This excursion is not suitable for pregnant women or persons with back, heart, or neck injuries.

    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    Cancellations within 24 hours prior to excursion are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% + 10% VAT of total price. Cancellations done with 1 hour prior to excursion are non-refundable.

    For the St. Maarten Sky Explorer and Sentry Hill Zip Line Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

Thanks a lot to every person that assisted us on our excursion day at the park. I have to say, I'm kind of difficult to impress but y'all did. The sky explorer portion is very exciting and the view is magnificent, I want to do it again and again. About the zip line; I've done a lot of zip so it was good for me. To finalize my day I went to the restaurant at the park and the food was very acceptable and fresh, what I needed to finish my day.

The experience was wonderful, although it rained just a few minutes, our guide made sure we were safe and had an excellent time. The place is very warm and you feel in touch with nature, also, the staff is very friendly, mainly with kids, which makes them feel comfortable. Just as we arrived back to port it started raining hard so perfect timing. All the activities were really fun. Thank you St. Maarten.
