    • The minimum height is 52in (1.32 meters) and the maximum height is 80in (2.00 meters).
    • Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children must be able to sit on their own.

    Cancellations within 24 hours prior to excursion are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% + 10% VAT of total price. Cancellations done with 1 hour prior to excursion are non-refundable.

    For the St. Maarten Soualiga Sky Explorer and Flying Dutchman Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

Nice facility, good management

My family and i booked this for our trip. When we arrived we found out that they not only have a maximum weight limit but have a minimum weight limit as well. While I was aggravated about not knowing the rule before hand, The management took safety as their #1 priority and had no problem contacting the proper people to ensure we were fully refunded. Shoreexcursioneer also did a great job of refunding our money and assisting us in booking another excursion.

The ride on the sky explorer was pretty relaxing and the view was incredible! It was smooth and it offers the best views of the island and surrounding islands. I got some great shots and video. The flying Dutchman though...this was more fast paced and exciting. It similar to zip lining but the harness chair made it more comfortable to enjoy the full speed going down the hill! It was an incredible feeling and can do it again and again!
