Directions were very clear and precise. Walk past all the taxi stands, out the gate, down the hill. Person with Roatan Tours sign told us where to wait. There was a low wall to sit on and wait in the shade. Lots of different groups waiting. When driver arrived, they walked us to the car and introduced the driver to us. Interesting drive through the town to see what the city really looks like. Boat captain Ronald and snorkel guide Thompson were very professional. Snacks for purchase and bathrooms available at boat dock. They provided cold bottled water. Snorkel, mask, fins were in excellent condition. Reef was so colorful and varied. Amazing colors and kinds of fish and sea creatures. We saw conch, lobster, a baracuda, flounder innumerable varied and vividly bright colored fish. People in our group took underwater pictures with their phones in waterproof cases. Adequate time to snorkel, but would have loved to have stayed longer - so fascinating what we could see in beautiful clear water. After snorkeling, driver returned us to nice beach which was right at the ship terminal.

They are really a professional term, from pick up to drop-off, during the activities, they keep us informed & answer all questions we have. We do enjoy every single minute from beginning to the end! The snorkeling is fun & the site is beautiful!

Excellent excursion. Our driver Fernado was very helpful and friendly. He carried all our bags and took us wherever we wanted to go. Caleb our snorkeling guide was informative, patient and a lot of fun. Would recommend for anyone but especially for those who may be hesitate to try snorkeling or who have had a bad experience in the past as a member of our group had Caleb made her feel confident and checked with her regularly to make sure she was ok. Caleb showed us so many underwater creatures and was extremely knowledgeable about them Can't recommend Fernando and Caleb enough

We were sailing on the Carnival Freedom. The instructions to get to the meeting site for this excursion were somewhat vague but you basically exit the cruise cruise terminal and go left. You’ll go up some stairs and up a hill then down the hill (stay on the left side of the road) and walk down the road till you see the security blockade. All the “not carnival” excursions will be just past the security stop. They will all be holding signs with their company names, ours was in the front and very easy to see. The lady asked our name, then confirmed my first name and the # in my group. This made me confident that I was in the right place. Then our guide Ferdinand took us to our snorkeling spot which was a reef beside Little French Key— it was beyond words amazing!!! And after that our beach break was at The Buccaneer in French harbor- it was also great!! We wanted to leave early to get some shopping done before getting back on the ship and Ferdinand took us right back to the cruise terminal entrance. Our guide Ferdinand was friendly and informative and pointed out local shopping spots and restaurants (which I’m sure he would have stopped at if we had asked).

Loved this excursion. It was our favorite of all of our excursion. Ronald was an amazing tour guide the reef was some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. We enjoyed that they allowed all of the snorkelers to go at their own pace and skill level. The equipment was nice clean and good working order. Our family chose not to do beach afterward and Ronald took us out to lunch. It was amazing authentic Honduran food. So very good. They even emailed us pics that they took on their go pro. FANTASTIC excursion. Shore Excursioneer supports the local community. Will always book through them in future.

Our ship arrived 2 hours earlier than scheduled, but Robert and Jim scrambled to meet us shortly after we arrived in port (meet outside the port gates). They were delightful hosts and gave us a great snorkel adventure off the Roatan Reefs (two different areas). They are knowledgeable on the ecology and marine life. The pictures we were given were a nice added value to the experience. Neither my husband nor I thought Parrot Beach was the greatest; however, after a long time in the water, we enjoyed just resting in the lounge chairs. All in all, great service and great guides with friendly guys who clearly love what they do and want their clients to have a good experience on Roatan. The beach experience was the only reason I didn't give five stars for the overall rating. the French beach may have been better.

Our tour guide was already waiting for us so it was a hassle free experience from the get go. We took a small boat ride to a small island for our snorkeling portion of the tour. We are new to the sport and were not prepared but they had snorkeling gear ready and our guide was really helpful. It was pretty easy to snorkel once you get the hang of it. The underwater view is amazing. So many coral and fish. It was a great experience. We visited the beach club and ordered drinks and appetizers. We had so much fun. Great tour for a great price.

This tour is for everyone. It includes clean snorkeling gear and a visit to a beautiful reef. There were so many fish and the water was so clear perfect for awesome pictures. Loved the beach break afterwards at the Big French Key beach club. It is very clean and the food was great. We decided to spend the rest of the day there and we just took a cab back to our terminal (at our own expense) This tour was definitely worth it and recommend it if Roatan is a port of call in your itineray.

Been to Roatan a couple of times but usually visit the east side. This tour took us to the south were it's more private. The boat has a capacity for about 18 to 20 guests so it was a small group and everyone had a great time. Roatan is one of our favorite islands and we love snorkeling. It has the best reefs to explore. We visited the parrot tree beach club for some drinks after the snorkeling. The have great service and has a kids pool. Prices were excellent for our family of 6.
