    For the Curacao Speedboat Cruise, Beach Break and Snorkel Excursion,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

We really enjoyed snorkeling in Curacao, the water is very clean and clear that you can see the colorful fishes from above. They really have a lot and beautiful sea life. The beach break was good, away from crowds on a sandy & clean beach. The guides were super friendly and assist us at every time. Nothing bad to say.

This excursion did not take all day but is totally worth booking. The ride on the speedboat was fun but what I enjoyed the most was snorkeling on the beach, I couldn't believe how clear the water is in Curacao. This was just the relaxing experience I was looking for away from the crowds, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying life.
