    Meeting Point

    For this Grand Cayman Jet Ski, Stingray City, and Beach Break Cruise Excursion, you will meet just outside your Grand Cayman Cruise Ship Terminal. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket. The meeting time is 30 minutes before departure time.


    What is included?
    • Local experienced jet ski shore excursion guides
    • All necessary jet ski information and instructions
    • Solo or double riding Sea-Doo 1500cc wave runner/jet ski - see order form (40-50 minutes riding)
    • Stingray City visit (approx. 30 minutes with the rays)
    • Beach Break at Kaibo located on Rum Point (45-50 minutes) - food and beverages may be purchased at your own expense
    Excursion Notes
      • We suggest you bring comfortable clothing, a bathing suit/towel, sun protection, any snacks you might want, cash for tips, food/beverages at the beach, etc.
      • Please note that Grand Cayman is a cruise ship tender port, you will not be docked so you should allow enough time to get off the ship.
    • Not available on Sundays
    Excursion Restrictions
    • The minimum participation age is 5 years old.
    • The minimum age to drive a  jet ski is 18 years old - all drivers must present a valid license.
    • A credit card is needed for insurance deposit onsite
    • This excursion is not wheelchair accessible.
    • The maximum weight limit is 450lbs (205Kg) per jet ski.
    • No triple riding allowed. Single riders 18 years + or double riding only.
    • This Grand Cayman Jet Ski, Stingray City, and Beach Break Excursion may involve risks. We suggest you check with your elected person of choice to see if these possible risks might affect you.

    Is this jet ski cruise excursion in Grand Cayman okay for children?
    Children are welcome but 18 years old is the minimum driving age and 5 years old is the minimum participation age for this Grand Cayman Jet Ski, Stingray City, and Beach Break Excursion.
    Is there a place in Rum Point where I can have lunch?
    Of course, you will get about 50 minutes at this location for you to do whatever you want. Please consider food and beverages are at your own expense.  
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Grand Cayman Jet Ski, Stingray City, and Beach Break Excursion to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Grand Cayman Jet Ski, Stingray City, and Beach Break Excursion,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

Excellent guided tour from start to finish, We drove double, My Wife and Son on one, Son 19 years of age was driving, I was driving the second one with my Daughter,She is 17 years of age, My wife and I are both in our 50's, We found it very rough on the Ocean, If I was to do it again, I would do it single riding, But again, the guide was excellent, The seadoo's were in excellent condition, our only downfall is that we should have done it as single riders,

Other than the weather and water conditions (which of course is no fault of tour operators!) it was GREAT! Highly recommend you bring your mask for the stingray stop to see them better, as I should have known better as I've been there 3 times! Guides were very friendly and accommodating!

My friend and I took part in the Stingray City Jetski Tour and had an amazing time. Our guide was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly and safety was the key. I would highly recommend this tour and your company. We had a truly fantastic time!

The driver was not very friendly, but the two guides they were awesome! This excursion is definitely one we will repeat. The only reason I didn't give it 4 stars was it was confusing at the start and there wasn't clear communication so we left our camera at the dock and didn't get any pictures.
