    For the Montego Bay All Inclusive Sunset Beach Resort Day Pass, you will meet right at your Montego Bay Cruise Terminal. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

    • Freshwater swimming pool
    • Endless daily land and water activities for all ages including Pirate’s Paradise Waterpark

    Excursion Notes
      • We suggest you wear your bathing suit under comfortable beach clothes or cover up.
      • Bring along sun protection, towels, camera, cash for any purchases, souvenir, tips, etc.
      • Breakfast is available for an additional charge of $15.00 USD per person.
      • If any part of your group does not show up without the required prior notice, you will need to pay 20% of their balance as well directly to the operator as a no-show penalty.
      • It is mandatory for all the participants to show a photo ID or Ship Card during the check-in to the Front Desk staff.
      • There will be an assigned rep from our local operator on site to assist you at the pick-up. Please note that the driver dispatched may be a different one than dropped you off. There is not a shuttle service; you have one assigned pickup time. If you choose to leave early, please inform your rep or the security guard at the gate (not the front desk) so the driver does not spend extra time looking for you and delaying the other guests on the transport.
    Excursion Restrictions
    • The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old.
    • Children must be supervised at all times.
    • There are no motorized wheelchairs or mobility scooter accessible vehicles available.
    • If you leave the resort early or miss your assigned pick-up time, the taxi cost back to your ship is not included.
    • This excursion is only available for cruise passengers

    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Montego Bay All-Inclusive Sunset Beach Resort Beach Day Pass,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

I enjoyed this experience. The walk to the meeting point was a little far, but the local representatives were courteous and professional. (But I never got a receipt for my credit card payment.). There was a little confusion when several of us had to change buses, but the driver was great. Sunscape Resort was very nice. The receptionist who checked me in offered a short tour and walked me to the pool area and helped me get settled. Although I could have all the drinks I wanted, I had to go to the bar to get them every time. There was no poolside service from a person. My biggest disappointment was the fact that the hot tub was ice cold. I’d chosen this resort because it had a hot tub. The buffet lunch was delicious. The curried goat was some of the best I’ve had. The service was excellent. Staff members cheered and applauded when we entered. The facility was clean and comfortable.

Food was good, found a small little cove for us to enjoy the beach and the food was really good. My younger daughter liked the water park a lot and our bartender at the swim up pool was awesome! We will definitely come here again!

Really enjoyed this place! I went with a 4 year old and a 10 month old and it was perfect! The staff was professional and nice! My 4 year old loved the beach, the kids area, and the pool! It wasn't over crowded either.

Lovely resort! They stopped giving wrist bands so we were treated like all the other guests. Beautiful, large beach and I counted 4 swimming pools. Great service with our food and drinks. This was our first cruise a we would definitely come here again.

Food and drinks were wonderful. Lazy river was a joke. Not enough tubes. I used my scuba flotation and there was not enough current to keep you moving. Lots of jellyfish and seaweed in swimming are. Staff was great and everything was very clean. Got a massage and it was AWESOME. Lots of swimming pools. Overall had a pretty good time.

We went on this excursion on 4/4/18 while on a Carnival cruise. Shore excursioner provided transportation to and from the resort which was only about 5 minutes from the cruise port. Food and drinks were included in the price and were very good. Our kids did the free snorkeling and kayaking and had a great time. Highly recommend this excursion and would go again if in Montego Bay.

Excellent excursion for the price. Many activities including mini golf, kayaking, ball court and 2 swimming pools a huge hot tub, several bars and lounging areas. The buffet was large and food was good. we will do this again next time we port in Jamaica

Overall this was nice but the lockers were $30 to rent with $25 back when we returned the key. Food buffet ok and Caribbean. Food from grill included but better. Wifi was terrible. Rocky beach so definitely need aqua shoes. Big beach; however, jellyfish coming right up on beach right by children freaked them out. Water slides and lazy river ok. Adult only poll so children did not like that. You definitely need an excursion to be safe in Jamaica and this was 5 minutes from ship so worked well. I thought it was overpriced. Paid way less in Cozumel for comparable except 2 water slides.

Loved this excursion. This was our first time using shoreexcursioneer.com. The driver was waiting for us when we got off the ship. We drove to the resort and everything went very smoothly. Lots of pools, snorkeling, kayaks, lounge chairs that you can bring in the water and etc. There was a buffet and even a grill on the beach. Drinks were available in stands on the beach and throughout the resort. Bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of chairs and shade for everyone. No hidden charges. We did bring small bills for tips. We look forward to doing this excursion again!

Loved the kid area and slides. Pool was great. Zumba was awesome. DJ was hilarious!!! Not much swimming area in the ocean. Gift shop didn't have as many souvenirs as desired.

We took a taxi to the resort and got our bracelets within a few minutes after arriving. From there we headed straight to the beach where the water was beautiful and crystal clear. After, we decided to go check out the rest of the resort. That's when we found THE best drink, ask for a Tony Montana if he's working. The lazy river and the slide were so much fun (probably thanks to the many, MANY Tony Montanas we had haha! I would definitely recommend this for anyone. Kids or no kids, it was a BLAST!
