    For the Cozumel Thriller Jet Speed Boat Excursion, you will meet at a convenient location close to the cruise terminals. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

      • Sunglasses or any other accessory may fly-away due to the speed ride.
      • You are guaranteed to get soaking wet so please plan accordingly.
      • Bring along cash for transportation (if applicable), tips, etc.
    • Not available on Sundays
    Excursion Restrictions
    • The minimum participation age is 12 years old.
    • In case of any misuse of equipment that may lead to damages, there might be a damage fee by the operator.
    • Guests under any fo the following illness/medical conditions are NOT allowed to participate: pregnancy, asthma, heart disease, epilepsy, respiratory conditions, blodd pressure conditions, medicated/taking antidepressants, lithium, beta-blockers or vein constrictors, anxiety attacks or panic attacks.
    • Guests under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs will not be allowed to participate and there will be NO refund.
    • The jet boat ride will be bumpy due to ocean conditions, therefore this excursion is not allowed for pregnant or nursing women, guests with medical conditions such as back, neck, joint or muscular injuries, heart condtions, surgeries or people affected by issues after a trauma. NOTE: The operator on-site will take into consideration all restrictions and make the final assessment if a guest is allowed or denied participation.
    • All participants must be in good helath and phyusical condition and self-suffient to participate.
    • This excursion is not available for guests in wheelchairs or any mobility issues.
    • Participants must comply with all instructions given by guide.
    • No one under the age of 18 years allowed to participate without be supervised and accompanied by paying/particpating adult.
    • ALL PARTICPANTS MUST SIGN A WAIVER.

    Will I get wet? What about my belongings?
    You will get completely soaking wet :) but your belongings will be secured safe and dry. Enjoy the ride of your lifetime on the Jet Boat through the warm Caribbean waters in Cozumel!
    What is the exact duration of the boat ride?
    You will have approximately 30 minutes of "performance" time on board the jet boat and a ride to and from the maneuvering area of about 10 minutes each way.
    What's the capacity of the jet boat?
    The jet boat seats up to 23 participants.
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Cozumel Thriller Jet Speed Boat Excursion to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Cozumel Thriller Jet Speed Boat Excursion,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.

This was by far my favorite thing I did my whole cruise. Hands down. The driver and guide were very friendly and spoke English fine. They explained what we would do and had a box to lock my stuff in and stay dry. The part where the boat dove down into the water is my favorite. We also rode right up on some dolphins and slowed down and they played with us for awhile. If you have the chance, do this excursion. My husband and myself are in our mid 50's and we loved it. I hope I get another chance to do a boat like this again.You will love it too.

This boat ride was not for the faint of heart. It spun 360*, made fast stops splashing water over our heads with great force, and cruised at great speeds as we tried to get as close as we could to a large boats wake. I have a million bruises. My Husband and son loved it and wanted to do it again. Me, I did it, but only for my men. I can say I crossed it off my bucket list. Next time we go I will be at the bar! We received great service. We were not shoved in a bus with 100 others doing the exact same thing. They put us in our own taxi (included in price) for a short 8-10 minute ride to the resort. Once there we discovered we were the only ones booked for the Thriller Boat for our time period. We had the whole boat to ourselves! Very personal service. I was so scared I wanted to jump out and swim to shore, but with just my family there they were able to ease me into it. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our tour guide was there for anything we needed. They have a restaurant, bathrooms, spa, beach, pool, free beach chairs, changing rooms, lockers, bar, tequila history and tasting! We were amazed by the flavor of the tequilas. So many to choose from! We could not decide, so we bought 2. We wish we had bought more, but we did have to fit them in a suitcase to fly home. Thank you gentlemen we had a fabulous time.

This excursion was amazing! It was definately better than I was expecting. I knew we would probably get wet, but we got soaked. It was so fun. Captain Black was funny and made sure everyone was having a great time.

Everything about this excursion was awesome. Easy taxi ride from just outside the cruise terminal. Friendly greeting upon arrival at the meeting spot. Secure place to keep your valuables safe and dry, which you WILL get wet. It was our first excursion of the day and a great way to get the blood flowing early in the morning. Joel, Chico and George run the excursion and were so cool and fun. There were only three of us on this time slot so it was like our own private Jet boat thrill ride. It was fun and safe. After the ride we hung out at the Hotel Barracuda, the spot they come and go from. What a beautiful place! Then to top it off we had a great lunch and drinks there at the No Name Bar. We had a blast on this excursion! It was a birthday excursion for me and it was the best. They don't use the words"speed" and "jet" for nothing either. The power on this boat is unbelievable. Our driver has got to have the best job ever. They took us in every direction possible, but we were safe and secure the whole time. Not to mention wet too. I really loved this and it made my day extra special.

We are so glad that we did this tour. It was not offered on our ship. We met downtown and there were 9 people on our tour. Our guide and captain were so funny. We knew this tour was going to be fun but we had a blast. The captain made the boat do turns and then nose dives. You better be ready to get soaking wet! The ride was about 45 minutes but it was just the right amount of time. I am glad that I did this but might not do it again.

You will have so much fun if you do this tour. I had done one kind of like it before but the water here was way better. Expect to get really, really wet. But it is so much fun. My friends and I were screaming like we were on a roller coaster.
