Alex called us “my family” the whole time and made sure everyone was taken care of. Great guy! Jose, the guide at the actual ruins was so knowledgeable and we really enjoyed his tour! What an amazing view is the ocean too! We only wished we would’ve brought our swimsuits to take a dip in the ocean as it was hot. But Alex offered a shade umbrella and we used it!

The walk from the ship to meeting location was 10-15 minutes. Everything went well and they got us back to the ship on time. Ruins were great.

Our tour guide was great at keeping everyone on time without offending the slackers. There is a lot of walking over uneven ground. It is not disabled friendly. was not as I expected but the history attached to it is very interesting. If you are planning on visiting Tulum and Chichanista, I recommend that you visit Tulum first.

This tour was really great and memorable experience. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgable and talked about the place before arriving. We had a wonderful time exploring the ruins and definitely will come back next year with some friends that are anxious to take this tour. Being that your ship is on the island of Cozumel and the ruins are on the mainland, you have to take a water ferry over. But the guide meets you right at the pier, gives you the ticket and assists you aboard.

Gabriel met us at the ferry in Cozumel and he was wonderful. He was very well adept at keeping a helpful eye on our group. He gave us shopping and safety tips. Then at the ruins, we were with Lemuel (I'm not sure if he worked strictly at Tulum or not) I learned much more than I expected on this tour from Lemuel. You could tell it was very important to him to educate those on his tour, which I thought was fantastic. I would highly recommend this tour.

We did the tulum ruins 6hr excursion while in port on RCI's Independence of the Seas. Amazing experience! Our guides Gabriel and Santiago were spectacular! So helpful, friendly and professional! Definitely recommend your company. We had booked the Belize snorkeling (Via plane) but our ship tender times didn't work out! Bummed as know it would have been so much better than the one we did with the cruise ship! Thanks for all your assistance along the way! Will definitely recommend this company and use again!!!

Very good organization. Ernesto has the eye riveted on his smartphone to control the timing. On the site of Tulum, we had a passionate guide, Don Miguel (pictured). In addition, he spoke French. We were back in time and were able to do some shopping. To show the seriousness of the organization, we were only two registered, and they do not cancel the service. thank you very much

We had a great trip and loved exploring the ruins. We are a family of 6 with kids ranging from 8 to 16. The older ones certainly enjoyed it more. There was some confusion with the guide and local time/meeting time. That was stressful at first. Absent that I would have rated it a 5. It was an easy walk and the description of flags and swallows statue was easy. We took the ferry across and then boarded a newer suburban. The ferry was 30-40 minutes and then a car ride of 50-60 minutes each way. I felt we had satisfactory time at the pyramids but not ample. I wish we could have had time to jump in the water/beach. It was gorgeous. On the ride back they provided sandwiches from subway. I would recommend this. The only other suggestion was I felt our personal tour guide at the pyramids was average. Over hearing many of the other guides I thought ours was okay. He kept saying a lot of the same things over and over.

This was our second time arriving at Cozumel and we didn't wanted to see the same old stuff... Our cruise was offering this same excursion on board for twice the price so we did some research and found these guys! We decided to give it a chance... this tour wasn't great... WAS AMAZING! exactly what we were expecting, we read about the Ruins before the excursion but still our Tour Guide enlighten us all the way, we even had some free time at the beach before heading back to Cozumel. There's lots of walking and sun so better be ready!

This excursion was my dream come true, I'm studying anthropology and we had several classes about the Mayan Civilization, I completely fell in love with their history. My girlfriend and I decided to take a cruise to the Caribbean before going back to school, we found this excursion online and didn't let this chance go away! The ferry ride was smooth, very sunny and the tour guide was extremely informative all the way to mainland, and then about 1 hour ride to Tulum, yes... quite a long ride but once you get there is totally worth it! I'm happy that I was able to make this dream come true and specially a life time experience. I got to be honest that I feel bad for my girlfriend as she wanted to shop around Cozumel and we only had about an hour before heading back to the ship. I will totally do it again on my next cruise!!!
