    Meeting Point

    For this Snorkel cruise excursion from Freeport, you will meet just a 15-minute taxi ride from your cruise ship terminal. Details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket. There is also a shuttle for approx. $5.00 USD per person, one way. Transportation costs are not included.

    • Must be able to climb up and down the ladder into the water from the snorkel boat.

    I have never snorkeled before, is it OK for me to take this excursion?
    Certainly, snorkeling experience isn't required just basic swimming skills. 
    Are there lockers for rent?
    Unfortunately no, but you can take your things on the boat. 
    Does this excursion gives me access to the Grand Lucayan Beach Resort?
    It is important to consider this activity is done on Grand Lucayan beach, however, if you wish to get access to the resort facilities you have to purchase our Grand Lucayan Beach Resort Day Pass. 
    How far is the resort from the cruise terminal?
    The taxi ride takes around 15 minutes. Taxis can be found outside your cruise terminal and a shuttle is also available (approximate cost of $5.00 USD per person).
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Freeport Unlimited Snorkeling Day Pass Excursion to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Freeport Unlimited Snorkeling Day Pass Excursion,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

My friend and I loved being able to snorkel as long as we wanted taking breaks with out fear of missing something. We watch as other snorkel boats arrived, dumped there clients in the water and pulled them out after only a few minutes of exploring the reef. So glad we were able to enjoy all the reef had to offer at a nice lesuirely pace! Wonderful corals and sea life! I can't wait to do it again!

It was a bit confusing once we got off the ship. No one holding a sign for this trip. Once we headed out, our shuttle driver was very friendly and informative on the ride to the resort. When we arrived, we felt a bit second class due to the fact we had to walk a long way around the resort to a very small beach on the back of the resort. Lugging our own personal gear made it a task. Once there, the staff was very friendly and got us on our way out. Water was amazing.

Kron was An excellent host funny and knowledgeable! The captain was great, the boat was very clean and roomy! Next trip we will be back to enjoy the great service, beautiful reef, fish and water! Very reasonably priced for the experience! (reprinted from Fan page)

The kids wanted to go to the beach and snorkel. This was perfect. We got to the location and found the staff waiting for us. We got checked in, got our gear and the fun day started. They take you on a shuttle type boat out just a little ways from the beach to the "platform" boat. This is kind of like the base...you jump in and snorkel, then you can hang out for abit on the platform boat. Then snorkel more If you want to go back to the beach, the shuttle is continuously going back and forth. We got some food and drinks there at the beach and just made it a fun day. The snorkel gear was clean and in good condition.
