    For the Roatan Paradise Beach Club Day Pass, you will meet just outside your cruise terminal in Roatan (Coxen Hole and Mahogany Bay). All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

    What age is legal to drink...on the ship-sponsored excursion it is 21 years old?
    Legal drinking age in Roatan is 18 years old. Ship-sponsored excursions are required to follow US laws. If you book this Roatan Day Pass through us, the minimum drinking age is 18 years old.
    How much time is spent at the beach on the Roatan Paradise Beach Club Day Pass?
    The time spent at West Bay Beach will depend on your cruise ship schedule, normally between 4 to 6 hours.
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Roatan Paradise Beach Club Day Pass to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Roatan Paradise Beach Club Day Pass, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

I'm not going to lie I was a little hesitant to book this excursion since it wasn't through our cruise line. I am soooo glad I decided to go through with it! It was a little tricky to find our driver since we had to leave the cruise port but once we got where we needed to be it was easy to spot him. Our Moses driver was absolutely wonderful! He was so kind, very informative, and made us feel very safe. He taught us so much about the area. Our whole family adored him! Once we got to the hotel I instantly fell in love. The hotel and beach were absolutely breathtaking with more of a boutique style vibe. I had never experienced that and I liked it so much I'd consider going back there. We opted to do a fishing excursion right from the beach (additional cost) but it was incredible! We caught 7 fish and the hotel cooked them for us right there! Truly an unforgettable experience for our family! Once we'd had enough sun for the day we retreated to the pool which is also stunning! The only negative thing I'd say is the beach has a lot of vendors. Most were super chill but some were kind of annoying. Thankfully the hotel security does an amazing job of keeping them away from your chairs. Again, just an overall exceptional experience!! I am so glad I was able to visit the beautiful Roatan and I cannot wait to go back!

There were 6 of us and it was easy to meet our driver at the pick up point...a bit chaotic with all the other excursions, but a clean, comfortable trip. The beach club was clean and relaxing. We walked the beach -- beautiful water. Christopher met us with towels, and clear instructions for the day. We were able to secure a boat right away on the beach and snorkel at 2 spots. It did rain, but we huddled up in the bar and enjoyed the warm rain and a cold beer. The pool was refreshing as well. When it was time to go, our driver was there and ready to take us back to the ship. We got back plenty of time. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful resort. We were on a Carnival Ship and this was a day excursion that 8 of us did. The price was perfect and the resort was the best. Next time we plan on just going to the resort and staying for 5 days. Dawson our beach waiter was the BOMB. Great service

The beach is incredible; we took this excursion because it gives you the opportunity to choose one package so you don't have to pay for an all inclusive service which is not always the best. We were picked up on time, the staff was so friendly and they answered all our questions (we asked several) and instructed on times, what to do and not. I just do not rate with 5 stars because I would have liked fewer people on the beach but I can understand is not always possible.

There is nothing bad to say about Paradise Beach, we really made a great choice for booking. The staff, times, location, environment was fine and I and my family loved it but... let us say the food is good but not amazing. Still, I recommend 100% this beach; rather than a crazy, crowded all inclusive.

It was a bit of a trek to find the Shore Excursioneer rep but having used SE before I knew to just keep walking. Has a lot of fun at the beach, just a tad too many beach vendors and some did not like taking no for an answer. Water was amazing. Banana boat ride was a lot of fun. I would do this again.

Overall a good excursion. The only confusion was who to look for after exiting the port gate, do not look for a “Shore Excursioneer” sign, look for a guy holding a “Paradise Beach Club” sign. He will then call your vehicle transfer. It was a bit of a wait for the vehicle as ship day in port causes traffic jams. The transfer was just the 3 of us in an air conditioned car, quick and easy. Upon arrival we were met by a staff member who got us hotel towels (no need to drag around ship towels) and our wrist bands. He walked us to the beach and explained the layout. Once in our beach chairs we had a bartender bring us a menu within minutes. We were well looked after by both security and bar staff. The beach was crowded but the water was beautiful, clear and calm. The pool is very nice with dappled shade as well as a al fresco eating area. There are a lot of beach vendors but they were all very polite and took no for an answer. Overall it was a very nice day at the beach and the price was right, I would recommend this excursion and would do it again if in Roatan.

met us at the port, timely, nice ride, reserved padded beach lounge, lunch was delicious, resort gorgeous, people were great, even the beach vendors were numerous and persistent but very courteous, all in all it was a great experience and value
