    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

This was our once in life experience, we were so lucky to see tons of humpback whales, sea lions and also eagles along our way. The boat was spacious, clean and had big windows to see clearly enough. The Salmon bake part was all my family favorite part. The buffet was delicious and had a variety of side dishes to choose from. This was really worth the price and the experience was great. Thank you Shore Excursioneer for making this possible.

This is our 3rd cruise to Alaska, we took a similar tour before but we were told that " whale watching is not 100% guarantee and money is non refundable" decided to take a chance with this guys since the offer a money guarantee in case we don't get to see any whales; this time we were able to see not only whales but a bear and some eagles too! The food was beyond our expectations, fresh and delicious. The salmon we were eating was the catch of the day! The tour people and captain really know what they're doing. Happy customers & frequent cruisers... will book with you again!
