    For this excursion, you will meet your guide at your Ocho Rios Cruise Terminal. All details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

    Excursion Notes
      • This excursion is not wheelchair accessible.
      • Please note that the changing rooms at Dunn's River are located within the park. Guests will not be allowed to exit the park to leave items in the transportation. Lockers are available to rent for $8.00 USD with $3.00 USD refundable.
      • If anyone from your group does not show up without the required prior notice, you will need to pay 20% of their balance as well (directly to the operator as a no-show penalty).
    Excursion Restrictions
    • The minimum participation age is 3 years old.
    • Note that the maximum number of people allowed on a raft is 2.
    • The maximum weight per bamboo raft is 550lbs (250Kg).
    • This excursion is not allowed for guests with limited mobility.

    Cancellation

    For the Ocho Rios White River Bamboo Rafting and Dunn's River Falls Excursion,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

This was a nice tour. Had relaxing cruise on the river and then did a climbing on the falls. A little of everything. Lets not mention lunch... WOW. Very delicious!

The river rafting was fantastic. The pace was perfect, it was so relaxing. I was able to take some great pictures. After the boat ride, it was lunch... Delicious!!!

The rafting was wonderful, got to relax and enjoy floating down river. Beautiful jungle views! To top it all off, lunch was delicious! First time trying breadfruit (I believe thats what it's called)... yummy!
