Mike was our expert guide for this half day tour. We were in a comfortable van and only 10 people so very personalised. My passion is photography and Skagway has perfect panoramic shots. It was nice to see the mountain goats with the beautiful capped mountains in the background. Had never been to Alaska and was impressed with so much history and Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. You can tell he likes his job.

Our tour guide, Bev, was very interesting and we had beautiful weather. We lucked out and even saw a bear cub along the way. There were plenty of stops to take photographs. We were a little rushed at the end and missed out on a stop at the waterfalls which I was disappointed about. This excursion did a good job of covering a lot of historical points and seeing some wonderful views. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a low-activity way to see the country-side. I was glad we booked the half-day over the full day though as I felt that the half day did a good job covering things and still left us some time in port. The prices over the cruise line and the worry-free guarantee ensure that I will book with you again.

This excursion was ideal for me, not to much walking and lots of unbelievable sightings...Gregory was our guide/driver, anything you want to know, just ask him, I don't know how he does it but he is VEEEEERY knowledgeable... On our way back to Skagway I went to buy souvenirs for family and friends, found some great handcrafted pieces!!
