      • Lightweight clothing is recommended.
      • Family and friends that do not want to participate in the zipline canopy part of this excursion but stay with their group may book the "Observer" option where you will be enjoying time at the beach.
    Excursion Restrictions
    • The minimum participation age is 5 years old.
    • The maximum weight per participant is 310 lbs (140 kg).
    • This Roatan shore excursion is not wheelchair accessible.
    • Observer rates apply for ages 3 years and up. Infants 2 years and under may go along and wait for no cost.
    • Ziplining tandem (two people at the same time) is just allowed with a guide.
    • This Roatan Jungle Zip Line Adventure Excursion may involve risks. We suggest you check with your elected person of choice to see if these possible risks might affect you.

    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Roatan Jungle Zip Line Adventure Excursion to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Roatan Jungle Zip Line Adventure Excursion,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

We are a family of 5 - myself, my husband, 22 yo son, 20 yo daughter and 16 yo son. None of us had ever been ziplining before. My husband was somewhat nervous about doing it. We all had a great time! We were met outside the port by the driver who gave us a bit of a tour on the drive in. The staff gave good instructions and showed us what to do. We always felt safe. One or more of the guides were always right there. It was an awesome experience!

Only booked zip line but driver gave us a tour of the island. Took us to the chocolate factory, small market on top of hill, Huge turtle on hotel and other small details that we would have missed. Nice to see how people live and not just go to the tourist places.

We met up with this excursion 1 hr after arriving in port or so. Go into a van, the air in the van was not great but for the price who really cared. Got better as we got going. Let me tell you this Zip Line was great and the guides, you could't ask for better. They interacted with our group, they were hilarious, kept us all laughing and we had 12 people. We will definitely go with Shore Excursioneer again.

I wish I had written this earlier when I remembered our guides, who were beyond awesome. Our group of 4 ranged in ages from 58 to 64, and we had the time of our lives. The guides were more than helpful and put our safety in front of everything else. At no time did we feel that they or us weren't in control. You should book with this company as their prices beat the cruise lines and it's worth every penny! CT VA 2016

Our guides were very nice and patiently explained everything to this "first timer". I had a blast! My teenage boys thought this was the best zip line they've done...since they are Boy Scouts, they done a lot! If you are going to Roatan, Mahogany Bay, you MUST experience this excursion!
