    For this Roatan Zip Line Canopy, Island Highlights, and West Bay Beach Excursion you will meet just outside your Roatan cruise terminal (Coxen Hole and Port of Roatan Mahogany Bay). All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

    • The minimum age for ziplining is 5 years old.
    • Maximum weight per guest is 300 lbs (136 kg).
    • Maximum waist size is 44in (111cm).
    • Participants must be able to climb the zip line platform stairs.
    • This excursion is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
    • This excursion is not allowed for pregnant women or guests with any neck or back problems.
    • Children must be attended by parents at all times - those ages 5 and up participating with paying adults as well as all children going as an observer (not participating in the zipline). There is no childcare service provided while adults go ziplining.

    If someone in our group is not interested in zip lining, can they still book this excursion?

    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Roatan Zip Line Canopy, Island Highlights, and West Bay Beach Excursion to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Roatan Zip Line Canopy, Island Highlights, and West Bay Beach Excursion,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

Today's water was pretty rough. A storm the day before really stirred up the water, so snorkeling wasn't a good option. Our guides were a lot of fun. They showed us how to make the most of out ziplining adventure. Wish I could have seen some of the pictures they took. I enjoyed interacting with some of the animals too. Then, our driver showed us around the island. It was a good day!

This excursion was so fun! Our zipline guys were so fun! They swung on the ziplines like monkeys! LOL! We then got to hold a sloth and monkeys and then Donna took us around the island. The water was too rough that day to enjoy the beach, so she took us to the chocolate factory and a few other places instead. She was so accommodating! I would highly recommend this adventure!

We loved our zip line adventure! The guys on this excursion made it so incredibly fun! We also got to hold and see some of the animals found on the island. And Donna, our incredible tour guide, drove us around allowing us to visit some of Roatan's highlights and making it extra special for us.Thank you!

The excursion gives you a general idea of what Roatan is all about. I totally recommend if is your first time in the island mainly because the sightseeing portion. The zip line is super fun and one of the most popular activities in roatan, in addition of course , snorkel and beach. I would recommend.

Took a chance and booked thru Shore Excursioneer vice NCL. Glad we did, saved money and the experience was awesome. It was a bit to find the meeting point outside the gate from the ship, but after asking a few persons on the pier we were directed to the right individuals. It was about a 5 min air conditioned van ride from the pier. The driver was very informative about the island to us. Once there we had a group of 8 with 4 persons as guides and a photographer that took pics the whole time which you could purchase at the end for a reasonable price, but you also could take your own pics as well. All the guides were hilarious and a lot of fun. They always looked out for our safety and made our 1st time ziplining as it was like we did it before. It was a blast! We had 16 total platforms to do. The views were amazing and you could see the ship/pier down below. Once done, they provided a outdoor bar/grill where you could purchase drinks/food and also pics of you zip lining. There was a small petting zoo with white face monkeys and macalls for your personal pics. Once back in the van, the driver took us to a resort beach about 15 min away where we spent the rest of the day until it was time to go back to the ship. There was a bar/grill, and anything like parasailing, kayaks, paddlboards, etc that you could rent. The driver remained at the beach with us and was avail to take us back at any time we wanted to. Highly recommend this excursion and you will not be disappointed! After talking to other persons that went on other excursions claimed they only got half the platforms and had to go directly back to the pier and it costs them more money.

From the moment we were picked up by our guide Alvin we knew this was going to be an amazing excursion. Alvin was so informative as we drove to our zipline. He was fun and knowledgeable and made the drive an excursion by itself. Once we arriveed at the zipline we were greeted by our team of professional zipliners. They were great, fun, and made sure we were comfortable. I want to mention one of them by name because of his exceptional customer service. He knew I was a little apprehensive so he rode most of the zipline with me. He even convinced me to let go and hold my hands up for photos. He made us laugh and did some crazy tricks. After ziplining Alvin took us to West Bay Beach. Omg! That was the most beautiful beach I've ever seen. We ordered lunch while laying on our beach chairs and the food was incredible. The water was a shade of turquoise I'd never seen before. My only disappointment was the day went by too quickly. We are already making plans to fly down and reconnect with these amazing people. You can't go wrong with this tour company!

We we reserved our spots right away when we saw the great price that was offered. We were excited about zip lining through the jungle. What a feeling that is! The view from above the trees was just awesome. After lunch we got some beach time. The sand was warm and the water was refreshing. We are very pleased that we chose this shore excursion.
