    For the Roatan Zipline, Horseback Ride, and Snorkel Combo Excursion, you will meet just outside your Roatan cruise terminal (Coxen Hole and Port of Roatan Mahogany Bay). All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

      • We suggest you bring along sun protection, a towel, insect repellent, a camera, and cash for balance payment, drinks, additional food items, souvenir shopping, tips, etc.

      • Lockers are provided at no additional cost.
      • Photographer on-site to sell photos at an additional charge to the guest - optional.
    Excursion Restrictions
    • The minimum participation age is 6 years old.
    • All underage children must be accompanied by an adult, guardian, or parent.
    • This excursion is not allowed for guests with limited mobility.
    • Guests must be able to climb up/down the ladder from the boat into the water.
    • Maximum guest weight is 250 lbs (113 kg).
    • Guests will be weighed on-site. Guests who are overweight will not be allowed to participate and will lose all money paid. All others in the group must give 48 hours prior notice to cancel and must pay the balance.

    I have never been zip lining before so what happens if I do the first line and then I do not want to continue?
    The excursion zip line course is designed to slowly increase the height, length, and speed. On each canopy platform, there is the possibility to clip off from the secure double cable zip line course and walk back to the base downhill.
    I would like to have my little one with me at all times on this Roatan Zipline, Horseback Ride, and Snorkel Excursion, is this possible?
    Yes, you can do tandem on both the zip line and horseback riding if your combined weight is less than 250 lbs (113 kg).
    Can I gallop the horse on this Roatan Zipline, Horseback Ride, and Snorkel Excursion?
    Even if you are an experienced horseback rider, for everyone's safety, you are required to follow your horseback riding guide and maintain it at a regular pace.
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Roatan Zipline, Horseback Ride, and Snorkel Combo Excursion to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Roatan Zipline, Horseback Ride, and Snorkel Combo Excursion,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

Our guide Dario was incredible. He got us safely to each destination and even made a requested stop to purchase some local treats. He shared a ton of great information about his country. The zipline guides were fantastic and gave us quite the exciting ride. Horseback guides were incredible. They took tons of video footage for us... quite literally running in front and alongside the horses to capture memories for us. Snorkeling was amazing and informative. Tip these guys well. They work hard! 100% would book again.

I consider this as one of the best shore excursions I have ever taken before. I cruise a lot and I have seen everything. My family, mainly the young ones were so excited about the zip line and horseback riding portion. I was worried about how safe was the equipment and the guide, super kind person, explained me in detail how it works, I could even see how one person was now allowed to participate because of the weight, wise choice for safety and for the horse! On the horseback, the same situation, horses are treated like royalty. The beach is just fine. Loved it and I would come back

If you are looking for a mix of activities, you won't want to miss this combo. My experience was so pleasant. When I arrived in port, to find my guide so so easy and fast. Along the way, the guide was telling us a bit about the island as all people were asking, also was explaining the order of the activities for the day. Once at the zip line base camp, the instructor gave a briefing with all the security rules, equipment, etc. The first zip lines I was feeling nervous but excited so I wanted more. The "kid" in me took over and the fun began. After the zip line, we all relaxed with the horseback ride and the beach. You can purchase food and drinks on the beach if you want.

We started off with a 15 min drive to the zip line location in a air conditioned van, once we arrived they put on harness and helmet and then you're off to your first zip line. The views are breathtaking, after my first one i was so excited to get on the next one. After zip lining we went to snorkel in beautiful blue waters and lots of fish and coral reef. Once we arrived back on the beach they had our lunch ready. After we finished lunch we had our horseback ride to end it off. This day was so perfect because of how many things they were able to fit in. They made sure that we were back on our boat on time and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back when we come back to Honduras! :)

This was a great excursion for the money. We were picked up on time just outside the cruise center. We had a 25 minutes drive where our driver talked all about the local area. Very interesting. We stopped at the zip line first. Our guides for the zip line were funny

I can't say enough of this excursion, what a great combination of activities when you only have one day to experience so much fun in Roatan. From the moment we were greeted by our guide we knew we had made a wise decision about choosing this option. All of the activities are fun and full of adventure but the snorkeling was awesome! Every guide made us feel very safe and you can tell they really enjoy what they do. Food was delicious! We have already recommended this excursion to all of our cruise friends.
